Tasty food, friendly service, and a quiet break from the road! Right on the main strip in Dodge City!

Usually have a phobia of going out to eat by myself but this morning I thought I'd give it a try walked into IHOP was greeted very kindly was sat down within a minute or two of getting there my order was placed 5 minutes after I was sat down food came out rather quickly and the service was great.

We were in Dodge City for a surprise b-day party for my mother in law. We ate a lot of good food over the weekend and IHOP didn't let us down. The atmosphere is clean, bright and inviting. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs and desires.

Our waitress Jazmin was the best server, she was so very polite and nice. Definitely going back again.

Went there last Saturday morning for breakfast and ordered an omelet and they keep messing it up and after three time told them don't worry about it and we took off. We didn't even get an i sorry or nothing. Sure wont be going to that place again.

Came in at 1 in the morning and had great service my front guy working this hour on March 13 2020 deserves a raise

Food was great! Service not so much:( Waited for over an hour. When our food finally came we were missing 2 meals & 1 was wrong. Finally got the rest of our food when everyone else was done. Asked for syrup 4 times & never got it. Never got drink refills. And then the waitress didn't know why anything was wrong. Very strange meal.

the server only served us coffee was not once did she come back to check on us she seem to be having a bad day but thats not an excuse for poor service. Atleast the food was good.

The food was delicious. Service wonderful‼️ Clean bathrooms & inside. Easy to spot from the the road.

I had to wait at the entry for at least 10 minutes before they even noticed that we were there then they gave us a booth and again we had to wait before they noticed that we were waiting to order.. 😣🤦

Ome of the few breakfast places here. Service is okay usually slow and the food is fine. There is enough space for bigger families, but again service can be slow.

i found a hair in embedded in the pancake. i thought it was mine but it was a very long and light brown piece of hair. my hair is short and black.

Typical iHop. Good food. Great breakfast choices. My favorite dinner is the T-bone steak dinner. Very good and friendly staff at this branch.

Good place to eat, but watching customer in 30 to 40 trying to pick up on young Spanish waitress in late teens or early twenties gave it a bar effect. She kept going back to his table. Dodge City KS

The people were very friendly but the food was not good at all. I got I baked potato soup and it was not good you can tell they put it in the microwave so I asked for a salad instead and that was gross. The meal was bland and did not end up eating it.

The food tastes great. The service was slow as well as the food arriving at our table. The upside is that they are open 24hrs. The only place to get cooked food anytime you want in Dodge city.

bad management. how do u have 14 open tables and 30 people in the lobby waiting. I asked the staff what was the hold up and they said the kitchen was backed up. okay, well can we sit people, take thier drink orders and get them settled? waitresses in a corner talking and twiddling thier thumbs. c'mon management, take control and prioritize!

It was pleasant. Not excellent service but passable and they were busy. Ordered and drank 2 cups of coffee then the food came so fairly fast service as well. Only complaint is silverware, I wish they had it on the tables. Everyone gave it a yum rating 😊

This time when we went the service was pretty slow. Not like any other time I have been there though usually the service is great. The food was good but took a little longer than usually to be served. Highly recommend the loaded potato soup it is so good but you have to ask for cheese on the soup.

Waiter was great but it took a long time to get our food when they weren't even busy. Free wifi is also slow to the point of being unusable.

Not at all impressed! Waitress was great, food not so much. Spinach had no flavor, charged extra for the salad dressing, no butter or gravy on the mashed potatoes with minimal gravy on the chicken fried steak and more gravy costs extra. IHOP has disappointed me twice, won't be back. I'm hitting 1 star because it's the only way my post will go through!

Worst staff ever waited twenty minutes just to leave. Had 10 people in our party nearly the entire restaurant was empty but that long is too long...didn't want to seat us lazy staff.

We are passing through Dodge City and stopped by this IHOP tonight and had a great meal. The store was clean and all the staff were extremely pleasant with smiles on their faces. Our waiter was attentive and fun to talk to.

After a bad experience with a rude server guy ! I spoke with the manager to get us a diferente server. And everything came out to be great! Food and service turned around completely to a positive experience. Always talk to management if you are having a bad experience so you can leave feeling you received a great service at a local restaurant!

Food was made quickly, staff was friendly and helpful.

Terrible service!!! Our server took 30 minutes to get us our check after we were done eating, had to request multiple times. He was outside smoking instead of taking care of his customers. We Went to the cashier and were told we needed to wait for our server to get it to us. We asked our server again for the check......his response, I will see if I can find your server.......um buddy it has been you all night!!! This is the first time I have never left a tip for someone!!

Generally 9/10 times that I go I get great customer service and excellent food. And even if I get poor service it's still a great place to eat at... at nights. It's almost impossible to get a table during the day.

We always enjoy breakfast or lunch here it is great. The only bad thing is the wait to be served. Sometimes we wait for an hour and the people that came in after me and my family got served before us. Hope this helps.

Great service, delicious cinnamon pancakes and other food. Typical IHOP decor and cleanliness. Not much else to say.
